Agree with this! I'd also add that we can see this in the employment stats. According to the BLS, employment of "Executive secretaries" (43-6011) has held steady since 2021 even as the number of legal and other secretaries has declined.
What decision makers always want, but can never have, is true predictions of future results based on current decision options. If Decision A, what is result? If Decision B, result? Which is better?
Trends always change, once folks learn how to profit from the trend, but the timing and the new trend are not clear.
AI might well help organize info to estimate better probabilities of various possible results from different choices, but won’t be able eliminate the uncertainty.
Tho they will certainly try.
And everything humans can do digitally, aiBots will be able to do, faster and at the 80% top range of better quality.
